| Exxon rested on her belly, a few feet away from the other wolves her fore paws stretched out before her. The silence felt awkward, and the ash colored female let out a soft sigh as she awaited the leader's return, watching the others carefully. Her stomach growled, she hadn't eaten in a few days and the white male had interrupted her hunting earlier.
As Cardinal entered the densite he shook out his thick pelt making snow fly in all directions. His fur was thick enough that he couldn't feel any of the cold. He dropped the rabbit next to the fawn and glanced over at Exxon. "And who is this?" He asked curiously. | |

| Exxon turned away also, twitching an an ear slightly not wanting to press the dark colored female. She stood up and walked a little ways away, then layed down curling her paws beneath her, shivering from the cold.
Cardinal turned to Scar, wagging his tail slightly. "You didn't eat yet?" he asked, settling down next to her.

| The snow was falling in thick clumps now, white covering the entire camp. Cardinal gave Scar a gentle nudge to her flank murmuring softly, "You should at least eat a little." then he called out to the other pack members. "Hey, they storms getting worse, lets get inside."
Exxon stumbled to her paws, shaking the snow from her pelt. She had wanted to go in for a while now, but she didn't want the others to think she was weak. | |
